01. Complete the form to the right

Provide us with some basic information and we’ll email you a UPS label and a packing slip to include with your sample part.

02. Be on the lookout for an email from us

Someone from our sales department will be sending you an email to obtain more information about your sample part. From there, we can create your UPS label for you to download. 

03. Send us your sample part(s)

Attach the UPS label to the package you are shipping your part(s). Include the packing slip with your part inside. Fill in any pertinent information concerning your company and the sample part(s) to be electropolished.
