## Advanced Surface Profiling with the KEYENCE VK-X3000

With a resolution of 0.01 nm and the ability to scan areas up to 50 x 50 mm, the VK-X3000 allows for precise measurement and analysis of complex surfaces. This profiler can handle transparent or mirrored surfaces, large height changes, and steep angles, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of surface quality and precision for even the most demanding applications.

## High-Resolution Imaging with the KEYENCE VHX-X1

The [KEYENCE VHX-X1 Digital Microscope](https://www.keyence.com/products/microscope/digital-microscope/vhx-x1/) provides exceptional high-resolution imaging and advanced measurement functions, for examining metal surface components in extraordinary detail. It features new lighting and imaging modes that enhance even the most subtle features.

The fully motorized operation supports a wide range of imaging and analysis capabilities, including metallurgical analysis. Advanced Surface Profiling with the KEYENCE VK-X3000 The KEYENCE VK-X3000 3D Surface Profiler uses a triple scan approach, employing laser confocal scanning, focus variation, and white light interferometry to perform high-accuracy measurements and analyses on any target. With a resolution of 0.01 nm and the ability to scan areas up to 50 x 50 mm, the VK-X3000 allows for precise measurement and analysis of complex surfaces. This profiler can handle transparent or mirrored surfaces, large height changes, and steep angles, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of surface quality and precision for even the most demanding applications. High-Resolution Imaging with the KEYENCE VHX-X1 The KEYENCE VHX-X1 Digital Microscope provides exceptional high-resolution imaging and advanced measurement functions, for examining metal surface components in extraordinary detail. It features new lighting and imaging modes that enhance even the most subtle features. The fully motorized operation supports a wide range of imaging and analysis capabilities, including metallurgical analysis. With new high-resolution objectives and software, a 300 mm stage for wafers and other large parts, and functions for image comparisons and automation, the VHX-X1 is crucial for identifying minute imperfections and ensuring that every item we process meets stringent quality requirements.
