Able Electropolishing operates three shifts, 5 days a week. Our shipping and receiving department is open from 7 am to 7 pm, allowing for early and late pick-up and delivery. In addition to our standard 3 to 5 working day turnaround, we are able to provide expedited service with same day and next day – turnaround when applicable. We also can streamline the delivery process by drop shipping your order at no extra charge.

Our 40,000 sq. ft. facility is staffed with more than 180 employees working 3 daily shifts. We are equipped to handle orders containing one part to thousands of parts – servicing small machine shops to OEMs. We electropolish nearly any alloy, including titanium and Nitinol. Our largest tank for processing stainless steels measures 41 inches wide by 42 inches deep and 102 inches long. We are capable of electropolishing parts that weigh up to 1500 pounds.

Able’s trained staff is able to work with high-end, precision parts with close tolerances, such as those used in the medical or aerospace industries. An approved supplier to both Boeing and SpaceX, we meet nearly any electropolishing standard (including commonly used ASTM B912 for electropolishing and ASTM A967 for passivation). We are both ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 registered and are independently audited every six months.
